David started out disassembling and repairing computers as well as electronics as a child. He received his first computer at age 7 and built his own computer without assistance at age 10. The desire to master computers and technology stuck with David over the years.  David has over the years developed a vast knowledge in repairing damaged electrical circuits. Additionally, David has received Advanced Chip-Off Data Recovery And Mobile Acquisition Training in Europe.

Data Analyzers LLC, in its effort to recruit the best of the best in the field, hosted a challenge in 2011 called “Hacktacular Challenge” in which participants from all over the world competed for an engineering position in the data recovery / forensic field. David was the only one to complete all of the problems in the challenge with a perfect score and before the time allotted ran out.  He won the opportunity and later proved to be a great fit for our company and culture.

He currently leads our Flash & Mobile Phone Recovery Division and spearheads research and development in the areas of JTAG and chip off solutions for flash storage chips and smart phone devices.
